ADA/Section 504
The Ritenour School District does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, or access to, or operations of its programs, services or activities. The Ritenour School District does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its hiring or employment practices. This notice is provided as required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals who need auxiliary aids for effective communication in programs and services of the Ritenour School District are invited to make their needs and preferences known to the ADA/Section 504 Compliance Coordinator.

Age Discrimination Act of 1975/Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
The Ritenour School District prohibits all forms of age discrimination in keeping with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. In addition, the Ritenour School District also prohibits any form of discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin as outlined in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Sexual Harassment Under Title IX
The Ritenour School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities, including employment and admissions, as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX). All forms of sex-based discrimination are prohibited in the district, but this policy focuses exclusively on sexual harassment as defined in Title IX that occurs within the education programs and activities of the district. However, the district will respond promptly to investigate and address any report or complaint of sexual harassment.
