School Counselors

Add School counselors to the list of people your child can turn to when he/she needs help. They know how to listen and can help kids with life’s challenges. Counselors have special training to help kids solve problems, make decisions, and stand up for themselves.

Your school counselor is available for you and your child and they want to make your school experience the best it can be. The counselor’s job is to take problems seriously and help find a solution. The counselor also wants to help children learn as much as they can in class, be a contributing member of the school community, and be a positive influence on their environment. Having a counselor’s help means your child doesn’t have to face difficult school problems alone.
